2009 Annual Meeting
President Joe Soenneker presided over the meeting.
Secretary Dennis Primus read the minutes from the meeting last year.
This year the meeting was held at the Meadowlark Country Club in Melrose
with good attendance.
Mike Kuefler, CPA, read the financial report in front of the audience.
Richard Roden (top, standing) and Jerome Hanfler (bottom, standing) ran for the director position
vacated by retiring Joe Loehr.
President, Joe Soenneker presented Joe Loehr with a plaque and a pocket
watch in appreciation of his 24 years of service to the mutual.
Joe's wife received a bouquet of flowers for her help.
Jim Dauphinais of Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company presented Joe
Loehr with a plaque.
Wes Gainey, President of the MN Association of Farm Mutual Insurance
Companies also presented Joe with a plaque.
Manager, Patti Rothfork surprised Stacy Schiffler with gifts to
acknowledge her 10 year anniversary at Melrose Mutual.
Jerome Hanfler won the election and is your newest director on the
