2006 Annual Meeting All Policyholders are
invited to attend the 105th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, March 8, 2006
starting with a buffet lunch at Noon. The business meeting will be held
immediately after, concluding with door prizes. This event will take
place at the American Legion Post 101, located south of I-94 in Melrose
MN.
The terms of two directors are expiring this year, Leonard Hinnenkamp
and Joe Loehr. If you are interested in the workings of your insurance
company this is the perfect opportunity for you to sign up to have your
name placed on the ballot. If you would like to be considered for
nomination, contact Patti Rothfork at 320-256-7290. Nominations must be
received by March 3, 2006 to be included on the ballot. Nominations are
not accepted from the floor at the meeting.
We will also be voting on expanding into the 5 southern most townships
in Crow Wing County. Below is a map with our current operating territory
as well as our proposed expansion. We will have copies of the map at the
meeting too.
